We utilized our proprietary SwiftRealty system as a foundation, and worked with the client to customize the 'look and fee' to align with their corperate branding. We used the RETS technology (through Filogix) to produce a seamless and automated MLS listing system that makes it easy for users to find and track properties, and equally as easy for the site administrators to manage their listings, agents, and corperate identity 0 enbtirely online.
