Jim Fitt, President of Webbuilders Group is very proud to announce that the company has become a certified partner with SilverStripe, a Wellington, New Zealand internet technology company. SilverStripe CEO Brian Calhoun announced their global partnership program earlier this year. Webbuilders is just the 9th partner to join the team and becomes the first certified partner in Canada.
SilverStripe Content Management System (CMS) is a technology platform used to construct and manage websites, web applications, and intranets. Released two years ago, it is open source and has been downloaded over 250,000 times. The CMS last year powered the US Democratic Party's National Convention website, streaming live speeches by Barack Obama, and serving 3.2 billion hits over 96 hours.
